Reflections and Advice:

1.) What do you think makes your school unique relative to other boarding schools?
I liked that we had structure. It taught me how to be on time and responsible. I also really liked that it was all guys. It made it easier to learn. Our teachers bent over backwards to help us
2.) What was the best thing that happened to you in boarding school?
I graduated high school and made it on to the battalion staff
3.) What might you have done differently during your boarding school experience?
Just know no matter how bad it gets it is worth it. I struggled first but after I got used to it I loved it
4.) What did you like most about your school?
I liked the sense of brotherhood and the fact that I was able to learn German
5.) Do you have any final words of wisdom for visiting or incoming students to your school?
Make sure you check out mousou hall. And sign up for off campus trips

Academics:

1.) Describe the academics at your school - what did you like most about it?
I liked the fact that the teachers helped us no matter what. I have a learning disability and school always came hard to me. The teachers helped me to pass and enjoy my studies. I even took up German when I was there.

Athletics:

1.) Describe the athletics at your school - what did you like most about it?
I liked that they didn't have team cuts. Everybody had to participate which was awesome because it gave us a sense of pride. It taught me how to work in a team.

Art, Music, and Theatre:

1.) Describe the arts program at your school - what did you like most about it?
The music program was really good. I never participated in it, however they had really good concerts and the parades were really good

Extracurricular Opportunities:

1.) Describe the extracurriculars offered at your school - what did you like most about it?
I liked that they had outings for us scheduled so that we could get off campus and not get so cooped up. I liked to volunteer because it gave me a good sense for helping people. This school really made me fall in love with helping people

Dorm Life:

1.) Describe the dorm life in your school - what did you like most about it?
I liked the sense of brotherhood. The people you lived with in the dorm became family. It also prepared me for college dorms. I was not homesick.

Dining:

1.) Describe the dining arrangements at your school.
I liked that we had 3 meals a day prepared for us. I didn't have to worry about food. The chefs really went out of their way to cook for us. They even met dietary restrictions. 10 out of 10 on their part

Social and Town Life:

1.) Describe the school's town and surrounding area.
The town was small so you could basically walk everywhere. The restaurants were good. Ans they had nice people in town

Social life was good because the school was small. Everybody knew everybody. Everybody basically became friends
